Zusammenfassung
Sozialunternehmen setzen auf Geschäftsmodelle, deren Zweck Inklusion, Integration oder die Bereitstellung einer Dienstleistung oder eines Produktes mit sozialem Mehrwert ist. Dabei verwenden sie zumindest einen Teil der eventuell anfallenden Gewinne für die Verfolgung des sozialen Ziels. Um diesen Kern der sozialen Zielsetzung mit unternehmerischen Mitteln und finanziellen Ausschüttungsbeschränkungen drehen sich die Definitionen von Social Entrepreneurship, die jedoch beim Grad der Einkommenserzielung und dem Innovationsgrad variieren (Dees/Anderson 2006).
