Marken entfalten ihre Erfolgswirkung am stärksten, wenn sie über jeden Kontaktpunkt konsistent vermittelt werden. Mitarbeitende spielen hier eine Schlüsselrolle: Ist die Marke im Denken, Fühlen und Handeln verankert, agieren diese als Markenbotschafter. In dem Beitrag wird beschrieben, wie die Marke im Unternehmen wirksam bei den Mitarbeitenden verankert und damit markenkonformes Verhalten erreicht und das Commitment erhöht werden kann.
