Die empirische Untersuchung dieser Arbeit umfasst eine Kombination quantitativer und qualitativer Forschungsmethoden. Nach der Begründung der Methodenwahl und der Erläuterung des methodologischen Selbstverständnisses dieser Studie werden das empirische Vorgehen und die Untersuchungsinstrumente sowie Auswertungsverfahren dargestellt.
