Zusammenfassung
Die medizinische und pflegerische Versorgung in Südwestfalen stellt ein Organisationales Feld dar. Das Projekt StrateG!N agiert als Institutional Entrepreneur, um die Institutionelle Logik der Kooperation und Vernetzung im Feld zu forcieren. Institutional Entrepreneurship ist eine Form Sozialer Innovationen bzw. bereitet die legitimatorische Basis für die Neukonfiguration sozialer Praktiken. Die Interventionsforschung kann die Konzepte des Organisationalen Feldes, der Institutionellen Logik und des Institutional Entrepreneurship nutzen, um den Interventionsbereich mit Blick auf Akteurskonstellationen und herrschende Deutungsschemata zu analysieren und die eigene Rolle im Prozess zu klären.
