Politikverdrossenheit, St.-Florians-Prinzip, Wutbürger, Protestkultur, Besitzstandswahrung, Anspruchsmentalität – diese Schlagworte kennzeichnen die aktuelle Debatte um die Rolle des Bürgers in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft. Allein die Tatsache, dass ein Beschluss demokratisch zustande gekommen ist, reicht oft nicht mehr aus, um Akzeptanz bei den Betroffenen zu erreichen.
