Zusammenfassung

Für eine praktische Methode wie die Konstruktive Kontroverse bietet sich die Untersuchung direkt im Feld an. Dies bietet den Forschenden eine gröβere Nähe zur Praxis und für Praktikerinnen und Praktiker die Möglichkeit, die angewendeten Methoden einer Evaluation zu unterziehen. Dies bedeutet den Aufbau von Kooperationen zwischen Forschung und Praxis, in deren Rahmen Interventionsstudien durchgeführt werden können. In empirischen Studien werden je nach Untersuchungsgegenstand verschiedene Strategien der Realisierung empfohlen. Diese erstrecken sich von strukturellen Maβnahmen über verhaltensorientierte Trainings bis hin zu Beratungsansätzen. In diesem Beitrag wird für die Untersuchung der Konstruktiven Kontroverse im Feld plädiert. Es werden ein Überblick über vorhandene Maβnahmen zu ihrer Vermittlung in die Praxis gegeben und konkrete Umsetzungsvariationen vorgeschlagen. Damit soll eine Brücke zwischen Theorie und Praxis geschlagen werden.
