Zusammenfassung

Die Bindung von Insulin an Serumeiweiße im Sinne eines Carrier-Systems wurde in der letzten Zeit immer wieder diskutiert. Mit Hilfe biologischer Methoden wurde im Serum insulinähnliche Aktivität in freier und an bestimmte Proteinfraktionen gebundener Form nachgewiesen. Andere Autoren haben die Bindungsfähigkeit von Serumproteinen für exogenes Insulin mit Hilfe von J131 markiertem Hormon untersucht.
