Zusammenfassung

Nach bisherigen Berichten konnte bei Adipositas ein normaler oder geringgradig verminderter Plasma-Cortisolspiegel (25, 32, 8, 11, u. a.), eine erhöhte Cortisolproduktionsrate (32, 8, 13, 20, 27, 21), ein erheblich schnellerer Stoffwechselumschlag der Nebennierenrindencorticoide (32) sowie eine vermehrte Ausscheidung der Harnsteroide nachgewiesen werden (25, 3, 5, 32, 11, 13, 28, 31, 22, 20, 14, Abnahme der 17-Ketosteroide: 7, 36).
