Zusammenfassung
Der Zugang zu Online-Banken ist bisher nur einer elitären Schicht von Kunden möglich. Die Datenautobahnen weisen noch viele Schlaglöcher auf und die obigen Szenarien gehören noch längst nicht der Vergangenheit an. Unter diesen Rahmenbedingungen befindet sich die Bankenwirtschaft heute in einer Phase grundlegenden Wandels, der hauptsächlich durch folgende Tendenzen gekennzeichnet ist.
