Zusammenfassung

Die Sonographie schließt sich bei allen unklaren, akuten oder chronischen Baucherkrankungen der klinischen Untersuchung an. Die klinischen Fragestellungen betreffen häufig die intra- und retroperitonealen parenchymatösen Organe; hierbei darf jedoch nicht versäumt werden, auch die vom Darm eingenommene Peritonealhöhle zu inspizieren.
