Abstract
The analysis of earthguake consequences shows that the buildings on loose grounds are subjected to big destructions. Piling up to firm grounds is practised in oder to prevent the destruction and over turning of buildings [1,2]. Buildings stability on loose grounds is incresed, if the buildings have deepened underground part of hard construction, which is widely practised in Japan. In some cases, the seismic isolaional method of building protection from the seismic influence has proved to be effective. In this case, the character of building work considerably depends on physical and mechanical properties of the material, which is used in the building isolation from the foundation [3,4].
