Abstract
Results of lymphocytotoxicity tests in human carcinoma diseases are presently undergoing a critical reappraisal. The results depend on several variables, for instance on the method by which target cell destruction is measured, on the effector-cell populations used in the experiments, on the incubation time, and on the effector cell to target cell ratio.
The study was supported by research grant of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (SFB 118, Project A7).
