Zusammenfassung
Während intraoperativ die meisten und bedrohlichsten Komplikationen vom kardiozirkulatorischen System ausgehen, nimmt postoperativ das Respirationsorgan in der Skala der Morbidität und Letalität den ersten Platz ein. Die Lunge ist im postoperativen Verlauf das vulnerabelste Organ.
