Zusammenfassung
Singer und Blom publizierten 1980 ihre Technik der tracheo-ösophagealen Punktion (T-E-Punktion) einschließlich der Applikation der ersten kommerziell gefertigten Ventilprothese und sorgten damit für ein immer breiter werdendes Interesse an der stimmlichen Rehabilitation von Patienten ohne Kehlkopf mit dieser Methode. In den letzten 20 Jahren entstanden verschiedene Varianten dieser Prothese, die an mehreren tausend Patienten erfolgreich erprobt worden sind [1].
