Abstract
Thank you for the kind introduction. My name is Coenraad van der Poel. I am working with a company called EzGov Europe. We provide software solutions to the government. We provide e-government solutions that help governments deliver their services through the Internet. Today I will discuss electronic services delivery in general, what our experiences are and further define e-government.
