Zusammenfassung

Die Körpersäfte besitzen einen ganz bestimmten pH-Wert (Abb. 95). Die normale Reaktion des Blutes liegt zwischen pH 7,30 und 7,45. Jede stärkere Abweichung von diesem Wert (Acidosis und Alkalosis) muß zu schweren Allgemeinerscheinungen führen.
