Zusammenfassung

Patienten zur operativen Behandlung einer Colitis ulcerosa können in folgende Gruppen eingeteilt werden: 1. Patienten mit geplanter Proktokolektomie; 2. Patienten mit Notfallindikationen (Kolonperforation, toxisches Megakolon, therapieresistente untere gastrointestinale Blutung); 3. Patienten mit sporadischen oder kolitisassoziierten Kolonkarzinomen.
