Zusammenfassung

Die Metabowerke GmbH in Nürtingen entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt seit 1924 als familiengeführtes Unternehmen Elektrowerkzeuge für professionelle Anwendungen. Im Jahr 2010 wurde mit ca. 1.700 Mitarbeitern an zwei Produktionsstandorten und 24 Vertriebsgesellschaften sowie mit mehr als 100 Importeuren weltweit ein Umsatz von knapp 340 Mio. € erwirtschaftet. Das Produktspektrum umfasst handgeführte und (halb-)stationäre Geräte für das Metall- und Bauhandwerk sowie für den Outdoor- und Gartenbereich, zuzüglich Zubehör und Ersatzteilen (vgl. Abb. 7.1).

Ein falsch zusammengesetztes Team ist eine Gefahr für jedes Projekt.
