Zusammenfassung

Nachdem Kap. 6 die Grundprobleme der Steuerung lateraler Netzwerke diskutierte und eine konzeptionelle Lösung mithilfe des Modells parlamentarischer Governance auf der Ebene gelebter Governance, d. h. praktizierter Netzwerkzusammenarbeit entwickelte, geht das vorliegende Kapitel der Frage nach, inwieweit netzwerkinterne Steuerungsansprüche durch juristische Steuerungsmodelle auf der Ebene geplanter Governance bestmöglich unterstützt werden können.
