Abstract
This paper analyzes the Yangtze River Water Safety and security early warning management status, including the Yangtze River water status and security early warning road safety management status; the Yangtze River Water safety warning management effectiveness evaluation; the Yangtze River water management, traffic safety countermeasures and suggestions of early warning policy and recommendations.
