Abstract

With describing features and real procedures of the rural county local post operation in China, author show that its bottlenecks are repeating transportation, and sorting, bag sealing and dispatching at improper sites. A last-loading & next-unloading scheme is put forward to settle the difficult problem. The extent of the promoting efficiency is quantificated, and the technical and managerial methods to assure the success to procedure improvement are pointed out, too.
