Abstract
Because of the weak research of enterprise’s core staff, the defect of scientific and rational evaluation of technology, and the core staff is the critical impact of the development of enterprises, how to scientifically evaluate its core staff has important theoretical and practical value significance. In this paper, it constructs on the enterprise’s core staff niche evaluation index system, use the analytic hierarchy process to get the weight of each indicator, and establishes a assessment model of the measure of core staff based on improved niche.
