Supervision and practitioner research of trainees

  • Pierre Fontaine

Abstract

Having been responsible (1999-2010) for a ‘course on research’ in the common final year of psychodrama training of four Dutch and Belgian training institutions I would like to give some reflections on my work to integrate research into training. Therefore I want to describe some attempts to motivate trainees to do research from the beginning of their practice.
