Abstract
A company’s offer of services is continually evolving. Expansion, broadening and centralisation are common strategic operations in the world of services. The efficient management of these operations looks that a strategy which lodes good on paper can be transformed into a successful reality. Much literature has been devoted to the management of innovation within services but few articles have tackled the development of a company’s offer of services and the role of staff in this development.
