Virtuelle Communities of Practice (VCoP) stellen eine neuartige Organisationsform dar1. Sie werden zur Wissensgenerierung innerhalb von Unternehmen propagiert2. Auch in diesem Beitrag werden VCoP wegen ihres sozialen Kapitals als besonders geeignet für den Aufbau von intellektuellem Kapital und zur Steigerung der Innovativität einer Unternehmung angesehen.
