Zusammenfassung

Anwendungen der Telekommunikations- und Informationstechnologien (IuK) erlauben es schon heute den Mitarbeitern eines räumlich verteilt tätigen Unternehmens, trotz räumlicher Distanz und trotz der Probleme der zeitlichen Synchronisierung der Arbeit, dennoch effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten. Die verschiedenen Formen dieser sogenannten Telearbeit finden in letzter Zeit verstärkt das Interesse von Unternehmen, Politikern und der Bevölkerung.
