Zusammenfassung

Zu Beginn wurde Management in Anlehnung an Remer als zielgerichtete und bewusste Gestaltung sozio-technischer Zwecksysteme unter komple­xen und dynamischen Bedingungen definiert.1 Auf dieser terminologischen Basis wurde die dilemmatische Vermittlungsfunktion von Management festgestellt und die generellen gegensätzlichen Spannungspole von Idee und Realität in ihrer Vielschichtigkeit abgeleitet.2 Es stellt sich nun die Frage nach den diesbezüglichen realwissenschaftlichen Ursachen:

  • Weshalb geht Management immer mit der Gegensätzlichkeit zwischen einer Ideen- und einer Realitätsorientierung einher?

  • Warum obliegt dem Management stets eine Vermittlungsaufgabe zwischen Idee und Realität der Gestaltung?

  • Wieso steht die Vermittlungsfunktion im Orientierungsdilemma?
