A Comparative Analysis of Marketing Practices in Hong Kong, Korea and the Philippines

Abstract

The issue of how applicable marketing know‐how is to the Third World and the newly industrialized countries is examined by the authors. The emphasis is on cross national similarities and differences in the use of marketing know‐how by businesses in Hong Kong, Korea and the Philippines. The authors discuss the implications of patterns of marketing activity performance for marketing strategy decisions by the international firm.
