BPM followed more or less naturally in the footsteps of Business Process Reengineering (BPR)—and now we’re witnessing the next wave in process thinking. This is Prof Hendrik Vanmaele’s point of view, based on his observations and extensive experience in BPM projects. We asked him about what to expect next.
