Abstract
We view a 65-year-old male patient, known for having hypertension and Diabetes mellitus type II, who had a stroke 3 years ago with left hemiparesia, and now he is studied because of anemia. Through gastroscopy he was diagnosed having a gastric adenocarcinoma in the antrum. A subtotal laparoscopic gastrectomy with a D2 lymphadenectomy was performed. The patient, already taking a semisolid diet was discharged on the 10th postoperative day. He was readmitted on the 14th postoperative day with upper left quadrant pain and vomiting.The tumor was staged as T3N1M0.
