Résumé
La formation par simulation en équipe vise à enseigner à des individus de disciplines/professions variées à travailler efficacement ensemble. Le but de ce chapitre est d’apporter un éclairage sur l’importance de la simulation en équipe, multidisciplinaire et interprofessionnelle, ses particularités et ses défis. Nous présenterons aussi des données de la littérature concernant l’ evidence-based education (l’éducation basée sur les preuve) de la formation au travail en équipe.
