Abstract
The words we use matter. Why are they so important? It’s because words have power. Words have started wars. They have helped nations make peace. They have influenced millions to take up great causes. They have made people believe in something bigger than themselves. They have sparked innovation. They have helped solved problems. Words can hurt. They can encourage. They can help educate.
