Abstract
In this manuscript we will cover four specific points regarding “transfer factor”: First, its efficacy. Second, its specificity. Third, the potency of various preparations; how potency assays were devised and their use. Fourth and last, a model we developed to study human tumors in tolerized animals; the model is illustrated by experiments using antigen specific transfer factor induced in rabbits, hamsters, and other animals by injecting antigen from osteosarcoma cells.
