Abstract

The communications network is a key element in the enterprise’s information system. The enterprise may come to use audit techniques to verify that it is functioning correctly or to optimise it. The operational audit is a set of information and evaluation techniques implemented by a professional within a coherent process in order to make a judgement with reference to norms and to formulate an opinion on a procedure or the modalities for performing an operation.
