Abstract

A win strategy is the glue that holds the whole capture effort together and the lens that focuses it in the right direction. Without it, your capture effort is meaningless. If you don’t have a strategy for proving why your company should win, interfacing with the customer will only get you so far. Without a solid win strategy, you could do directionless intelligence gathering and competitive research for hours on end without results that will yield success. You might find teammates, but your team will be much weaker than if it were driven by a win strategy. Your solution and proposal will lack punch because there won’t be win themes.
