Using Project Server to its fullest potential requires customization through configuration. Your goal is to map your enterprise to the application and vice versa. Process tools typically impose their own limitations upon their human users, and Project Server is no exception. Consequently, you must manage both software configuration and organizational process change, involving all the human resource retraining that implies.
