Abstract

Maintaining a high standard of service is an essential part of a hospitality manager’s job, but as organisations grow and develop it becomes more difficult to control individual units. A particular problem faced by organisations incorporating franchisees is the issue of overseeing the operation and ensuring it meets the corporate standards.
