Abstract

The aim of this book is to present, in a clear, concise and practical manner, the methods and techniques of social research. These methods and techniques have been developed, modified and practised throughout the history of the social sciences, and constitute the methodological heritage of modem researchers: each method is the result of ontinual efforts of many researchers and social scientists, and contains elements contributed by academics from all parts of the world.
