Abstract

Regular exercise is good for you! This is true whether you are simply working out in the gym or organising regular crisis management exercises which will enhance your company’s ability to cope with crises.

Kate Graham was formerly responsible for Occidental’s press and public relations response to the Piper Alpha disaster in 1988. She provides consultancy, management and staff training in both relative and media response, and lectures widely in crisis management.
