Abstract

In Chapters 4 and 5 there was discussion about the way in which the environment is changing and what happens if organisations do not change. This chapter’s aim is to help you appreciate how changes affect individuals, and by the end of it you should be able to identify the main ways in which managers can achieve changes in their organisations without creating conflict and trouble at the same time.
