Probably the most influential of the neo-behaviourist psychologists since the mid-1960s has been R. Gagné (born in 1916, and Professor of Psychology at the Universities of Princeton and Florida). His concern is the structural analysis of learning processes and the design of teaching models to match the kinds of learning they are intended to facilitate.
