Zusammenfassung
Die Integration von Bipolar-Transistoren wird auf der Grundlage der Standard-Buried-Collector-Technik eingeführt und anschließend durch alternative Isolationsmethoden verbessert. Daran schließt sich die moderne Integrationstechnik mit selbstjustierendem Emitter an. Die Kombination von Bipolar- und MOS-Transistoren auf einem Substrat als BiCMOS-Prozess wird diskutiert.
