Sommige cliënten slaan al je zorgvuldig overwogen adviezen in de wind, tonen nauwelijks veranderbereidheid, maar brengen wel psychosociale problemen in en eisen min of meer dat jij de situatie voor hen oplost. Hoe ga je daarmee om? Provocatief coachen is zeer effectief bij grote weerstanden tot verandering.
