Effect of pH on Quantum Yield of Fluorescein Using Dual Beam Thermal Lens Technique

  • Published:
Journal of Optics Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Abstract

Dual beam thermal lens technique is employed for the determination of absolute fluorescence quantum yield of fluorescein dye solutions in different pH environments. Dependence of the quantum yield on pH and concentration of dye solution is discussed.
