This plan aims at achieving rational control and sustainable use of the land in a geopark to meet the expectations of the government and people. A detailed investigation and analysis of the available resources of the geopark, zoning and designation of sites is required to meet the objectives of conservation, education and sustainable development. The focus is on the geological heritage, supported by various facilities and the rearrangement of current settlements and agricultural, mining, and industrial activities. Mines and industrial facilities may have to be shut down to create a cleaner and more pleasant environment. Illegal structures are to be demolished, and the area must be restored with vegetation. The land use plan is an integration of many different plans representing balanced interests and objectives.
