This type of map depicts the locations and traffic conditions of the geoparks in China at different levels, namely, provincial, municipal and autonomous regions. It also reflects the relationship between the geopark and its associated traffic facilities. It should indicate the nearest airport, railway station, coach station or ferry terminal, the locations of important tourist attractions and important towns, and the routes to the main entrance of the geopark from these places. If possible, it is also helpful to indicate the travelling distance to these areas.
