This geopark is located in Naji Town to the west of Enping City, Guangdong Province, in an area of low mountains and hills along the boundary with Yangdong County. The geopark was designated as one of the fourth group of national geoparks by the Ministry of Land and Resources in August 2005. Its main geological landscapes include the hot springs in the Yanshanian granites. These springs are high-temperature spraying sulphur springs with a constant temperature of 80 Â°C throughout the year, which have favourable medical effects. The park also contains granite columns, joints, giant quartz veins, tectonic fracture zones, waterfalls, historic gold mining sites and the human landscapes in Shitou Village.
