This geopark is located in Lingbao City, Henan Province, and has an area of 124 km2. It became a national geopark in 2009. The geopark is famous for its structural, granite, metamorphic, fluvial and loess landforms. The metamorphic rocks are mainly composed of Yang Zhaoyu grey gneiss and Sifangou gneissose granite. The Niangniangshan scenic district mainly contains granite, fluvial and water body landscapes, and the rock is mainly Yanshanian granite. The Yellow River Wetland and Loess Scenic District Park mainly contains Yellow River wetlands and loess landforms.
