Jinchang Gold Ore National Mining Park, Gansu

This park is located in the Jinchuan District, Jinchang City, Gansu Province, and covers an area of 568 km2. It became a national mining park in 2010. The park consists of the Longshou Mine Scenic Area, a science park scenic area and the Chengbei Scenic Area. It has attractions such as the Longshou Mine open mining pit, Longshou Mine western slope ramp, no. 1 tailings reservoir, Longshou Mine new no. 1 hoisting shaft and other mining production features as well as mining models, tools, loading and transportation equipment, dressing and smelting technological processes, environmental protection, ecological construction engineering and other mining heritage.
