Jigang Bao (1964–) is a travel geographer. He graduated from Peking University and is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of Sun Yat-sen University. He is also the dean of the Institute of Tourism at Sun Yat-sen University, deputy director of the Geographical Society of China, and chairman of the Tourism Geography Professional Committee. His major publications include ‘Tourism Geography’, ‘Tourism Geography of Beijing’, ‘Research on Theme Park Development and Its Impact’ and ‘Tourism Resources Development of Karst Caves’.
